To celebrate St Georges Day we have reinvented some of England's most classic dishes.
Here is just a taster of what our St George's menu holds
Bangers and Mash
This traditional English dish that generations have been built upon but with a cheeky Italian twist! We’ve pulled away your porkies & potatoes and replaced them with wild Boar Sausages & Polenta Mash served with lashings of Apple Cider Gravy.
Beef & Barolo Pie
The English are as proud of their ale as the Italians are of their wine. Instead of the traditional ale within the pie we have marinated our British Beef Sirloin steak in Barolo wine, which as far as the Italians are concerned is King of all wines and the wine of all kings. Served with a puff pastry lid and chunky chips
